At Rice Road Community Church, we enjoy reaching out to the community around us and to the ends of the earth.

Locally

We intentionally seek to reach out to the students at Niagara College, those located in the neighbourhoods around the RRCC training facility and to those who are financially oppressed.

We have a new HomeWork Club initiative that we launched in the Northtown Cooperative Community Centre.  We want to help children in elementary school with their homework.  We understand that parents are busy working different shifts from each other and trying to keep a household running, let alone teach their children things like mathematics which has changed a lot since they were in school.  We want to help parents by helping their children succeed in school.  We meet Tuesday nights at the Northtown Cooperative on Thorold Rd from 4-6pm.  If you are interested in either helping with this venture or have children you would like be a part of it to get help with their homework, contact Terri Hamilton.
